Over the years Intelinet has gone through many transformations. With its humble beginnings as a typewriter repair shop, and making the bold move into Daisy Wheel Printer back in the 80’s, it makes me proud to see that as our consumers’ needs have changed, so have we. Looking into the future to better anticipate what’s coming next has played a key role in becoming one of the leading managed service providers in our field.
Two months ago I had the opportunity to take over John Jeffrey’s position in the company. David Craig, the other managing partner, continues to handle our technical team and more of the day-to-day operations, while I stay focused on supporting our customers and helping them navigate through their technology needs. Not only has it been a blessing for me to work with such an amazing team, this partnership is sure to change the way our customers see business.

I’m a firm believer in knowing your technology from front to back. This is the only way to create solutions with maximum results. To better educate our staff on the technologies we offer and future advancements to look out for, our sales team will be meeting every week for training and continued education.

Although we are known for excellent and efficient customer service, we are always looking for ways to be even better. To give our businesses the fastest response time possible, we are now dedicating our expert engineers to you! This will ensure that our customers always have someone they can count on, as well as continued growth for our Intelinet culture—understanding and meeting your technology expectations.
Intelinet: The Company, The Family
We know that to grow a successful and effective company, everyone has to be on the same page. That is why each month all of our departments—management, accounting, sales, engineering, directors and marketing come together for a family meeting. Each department gets to take their turn to update and share with the rest, and we finish with an open discussion. Intelinet is looking into the future, and it’s wonderful knowing that we’re all headed in the same direction.
I’m so grateful to be part of this incredible company and it’s been such a pleasure getting to know all of our awesome customers. This is just the beginning, but I can already promise that there’s going to be some really amazing things ahead.
